In regards to travel

Together we will get through this. But for now, stay strong and keep supporting one another while we inspire you to keep dreaming about all of the amazing travel experiences in the future!
How do I cancel my booking?
First, check the cancellation policy that applied to your booking on your booking receipt. That will determine how much money will be refunded. Then, contact our customer service by phone or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note that it is not worth cancelling a booking ‘too early’. Also, it’s important to not let a key cancellation deadline pass.
Always check your travel insurance to see if/how much can be covered.

Do I dare make a booking?
Most of our hosts offer different cancellation policies and rates. This means that you can definitely make a booking for a coming holiday or trip, just make sure that the rate you choose has an appropriate cancellation policy. Indeed, right now, we are seeing some great deals coming through as hotels are, for obvious reasons, a little desperate right now, having faced many cancellations.
